COVID-19 UPDATE

In October of 2020 we were able to expand into the space at #437 and then in January 2021 into space right next door #435. The gym has now a total of 2,400 SF of actual gym space. Each gym has their own entrance/exit and separate washrooms, so designated cohorts stay together and not mix with others in the afterschool programs and camps. In December of 2020 we installed a light commercial HRV unit to improve the airflow of the gym; the stale air is being removed continuously and fresh air is brought in. All students and staff are screened daily for a health check. All main surfaces of the gym are cleaned and disinfected daily. Cleaning logs are on file at the gym. Parents and guardians are not permitted to enter the gym for pick up or drop off. An exit plan is in place should a child or staff member fall ill. More detailed procedures are on file at the gym and can be e-mailed upon request.

Quality Teaching

Gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive exercise programs available to children, incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and discipline.

Gymnastics helps children build a range of motor and coordination skills and a good sense of body awareness.

All classes are taught by Sibylle Mueller-Ritter, a professional gymnastics teacher with over 30 years of experience.

To ensure quality teaching, student teacher ratio in all classes, including camp is 4-5 students to 1 teacher.

My daughter has developed great skills during Sibylle's classes.

Sibylle's dedication and perseverance with the kids makes them love gymnastics. I'm happy to have my daughter in this class and I'm looking forward to continue watching her development in gymnastics.
